  Always a great atmosphere. The food is general good. I think with maybe a little improvement in their cook department it would be exceptional.

  Restaurant has strong cigarrette smell ,good food but not a family restaurant not any more,good as a bar .people smoking .restrooms need and update to old and bad smell. Needs a make up. Needs a better system if you want a smoking area ,you should have better exhaust fans.

  1st and foremost our waitress .. Amber ..
  Was wonderful, helped in anyway possible. couldn't have brag enough about her. .
  Then the food ...We'll we ordered 12 oz steaks ,our waitress came back and said they were out of 12 but stilled had 8 oz . So we ask could we have the 8 and a 4 oz . And she explained it would mess up our inventory. We'll inventory was already messed up no 12 oz. . And no fixing it. So we ordered the 8 oz two meals . With garlic mash potatoes. No garlic in them. Then our steaks were suppose to be rare.one was and one was med well. We ask to speak to manger. he didnt come right away . he was doing the clearing of dirty tables. And we understand that the boss has to also pitch in but as I looked around no bust boy or girl. There was a boy there cleaning tables. But don't know where he went.
  The manager ..Jame finely got a minute and came over . I have to say he apologize and did take money off the bill .to us as business owners ,he did do all the right things, but as a owner of an establishment such as Applebee's or any business it needs to make sure things are ran as a tight ship .and aloud the manager to be a little more flexible too with in range . We eaten here a lot but this time was just not good . May try it again not sure but I'd like to again say that Amber (waitress) is the bomb at her job. Needs a real raise..and not the small amount she makes as a waitress as far as by the hour.. I have family with restaurants so it can be done. And as for James he would also have to get a raise for all the ways he's trying to make customers happy and keep things running smoothly. Thank you Amber And James.

  Absolutely awful... First of all, the place was filthy. There was trash and dirty napkins strewn throughout the floor and the table was so sticky it would literally pull your skin like duck tape. The waitress was completely rude, and obviously more interested in checking her phone than she was in doing her job. I can only hope she was checking into more appropriate hair styles and tips for better oral hygiene.... And to top it off the food was completely inedible. The pasta was not only over cooked, it was over cooked yesterday. The salad had apparently been sitting under the heat lamp longer than the entire and the chicken was more dry than the skin on my Grandmother's feet... Tried to talk to the manager,,,??? .... Talking to my neighbor's blind Cocker Spaniel would have given me more satisfaction... At least his hair looks better.
