  The cashier Francesca was VERY RUDE. She sounded like a robot, didn't ask me if i had a VIP Card, nor did she ask if I wanted one because I don't have one. didn't ask how my day was, nothing! i'll never come back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I stood at the register for 5 mins while everyone stared at me when all i needed was extra dressing.

  This establishment needs to hire staff that don't mind adhering to the hours of operation. If they aren't closing earlier than the listed time, they are rushing you out near closing time. The day time staff iso friendly but the night staff needs some customer service training. You have an awesome menu when you can get it!

  Drove all the way from myrtle Beach to get a smoothie and some food because online it says tropical smoothie closes at 9pm. They had the chairs up and doors locked at 7:58pm and we're closed, wouldn't let us in on a somewhat busy night.
